Fausak Tires & Service

I always received excellent service here, and my latest visit was no exception! It was an extremely hot, extremely busy Saturday. In anticipation of a crowd for several awesome specials, a system/process was in place to keep things running smoothly. In spite of the heat and the crowd every staff member was very pleasant, smiling, energetic, and accommodating. Excellent service! Thank you to all!!!

Fausak has been a Mobile staple for years and based upon my recent experience, I’m quite certain they will continue to be. Firstly, they mounted and balanced 4 new tires on my classic Mustang. Later, when I came to the with an overheating issue, they thoroughly examined the issues and professionally diagnosed it. When I had questions which Jeremy and Liz couldn’t answer, they brought out the certified mechanic who performed the work. He explained Everything! I highly recommend Fausak!

The service advisors were honest and very professional and understanding of the issues that I had. They replaced and reprogrammed my TPMS sensors with precision and efficiency. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about auto repairs.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this place and staff. I was experiencing a slight shake the previous day driving down from Atlanta. I took my car on right after they opened on a Friday. I explained the situation and they were able to fit me into an obviously busy day. They found one tire slightly unbalanced and rebalanced it and sent me on my way without taking payment. This would be my tire shop if I lived in mobile. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic! We had a wheel emergency while traveling in our 5th wheel. Josh was able to remount our tire on a new wheel late in the afternoon and got us back on our way. Thank you soooo much!!!
